These terms and conditions govern the services provided by Yonah Logistics a door-to-destination service delivery provider. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Services Provided

• Yonah Logistics offers door-to-destination logistics services, including the pickup, transportation, and delivery of goods.

• Services include handling, packaging, warehousing, and customs clearance (if applicable).

• The company ensures the shipment of goods to the address provided by the customer.

2. Customer Responsibilities

• The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details, including the pickup and delivery addresses.

• The customer must ensure that the goods are appropriately packaged to withstand transportation unless packaging services are arranged through us.

• The customer must declare the contents, value, and weight of the goods correctly and provide any required documentation.

• Customer agrees to pay the correct Charges before you submit your Order, and it is your responsibility to ensure that you have paid the appropriate Charges for any Parcels that you supply to us.

• The customer must inform Yonah Logistics of any hazardous or perishable goods in the shipment.

• The customer must be available or arrange for a designated person to be available at the pickup address.

3. Pricing and Payment

• Prices for logistics services will be provided upon request and depend on the size,weight and pickup location of the shipment.

• Payment terms are upfront. Payment must be made according to the agreed-upon schedule.

• Yonah Logistics reserves the right to charge additional fees for services outside of the original agreement, such as storage fees, customs duties, or handling of special goods. 

• Late payments may be subject to additional charges or penalties.

4. Delivery Times

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed unless otherwise specified in writing.

• Yonah Logistics will make every effort to meet the delivery date but is not responsible for delays caused by external factors (e.g., weather, traffic, customs clearance, strikes, etc.).

5. Liability and Insurance

• Yonah Logistics will take reasonable care in handling and delivering goods.

• The company’s liability for loss or damage is limited to [specify amount or terms], unless the customer has purchased additional insurance coverage.

• The customer is encouraged to insure their goods against potential loss or damage, especially for high-value items.

• Yonah Logistics is not responsible for loss or damage caused by events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, accidents, or theft.

6. Restricted and Prohibited Items

• The customer must not ship items prohibited by law or regulation, such as illegal substances, weapons, or hazardous materials without proper documentation.

• Any restricted or prohibited items discovered may be reported to authorities and will not be transported.

7. Cancellation and Changes

• The customer may cancel or modify the shipment request by providing notice Yonah Logistics before the pickup time.

• Fees may apply for cancellations or changes made after the pickup has been scheduled or if the shipment is already in transit.

8. Claims for Loss or Damage

• Claims for loss, damage, or delays must be made in writing within [7] days of the delivery date.

• The customer must provide proof of the value of the goods and any supporting documentation related to the claim.

• Yonah Logistics will investigate the claim and respond within [14] days of receiving the claim.

9. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of United Kingdom

• Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of United Kingdom.

10. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

• Yonah Logistics reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on the company website and, where appropriate, notified to customers.

• Continued use of the company’s services after the terms have been amended constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
